Code of Conduct for Business Partners

When working with the VIVATIS Group, all business partners are required to take precautions to ensure that the principles and requirements of the Code of Conduct can be fulfilled.

The Code of Conduct is based on laws and regulations at both national and international level, in particular those of the European Union and international conventions such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct, the fundamental principles of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the UN Global Compact of the United Nations.
