The VIVATIS ACADEMIES serve to fully prepare our employees for the challenges they’ll encounter on a daily basis and to selectively train tomorrow’s managers. We offer training programs for junior managers and continuing education programs for all employees in the Group.

The VIVATIS ACADEMIES have four concentrations:

APPRENTICE ACADEMY

Content: personal development, team-building, appearance and communication, and health.

PURCHASE ACADEMY

Content: purchasing and rights, communication and negotiation, and supplier management and evaluation.

MASTERS ACADEMY

Content: management training, business management, food legislation, and quality management.

MANAGEMENT ACADEMY

Content: strategy and leadership, conflict management, social and emotional skills, public speaking and presentation, process and project management.

Top-Management Programs

In addition, we have launched two TOP management programs with the aim of deepening and expanding one's own management skills and of acting, planning and leading strategically. it is also important to reflect on one's own leadership role and to further develop individual leadership skills.

EXECUTIVE PROGRAM

Content: leadership excellence, strategy, general management, innovation management, and change management.

The goal is for participants to deepen and broaden their management skills and learn to strategically negotiate, plan, and lead.

LEADERSHIP ADVANCED PROGRAM

Content: leadership, project and process management, strategic thinking and action, macroeconomic understanding.

The goal is for participants to reflect on their own leadership role and develop their individual leadership capabilities.
